    link is from the government of India website. it is legal and authenticate document.

    sir i have no doubt on the same but as per UGC we will have to wait till it has been posted on the website. it will take some time as it is in process. correct me if i am wrong.

    Agree Sir, It is forwarded only to aware with new developments. It only be implemented when officially UGC will send to the institutions.

      In amended API system, no marks for the editors but for contributors marks are available i.e 05 marks for each chapter in edited volumes
